    Ninety minutes inside a real 600-cow dairy: watch afternoon milking from the platform, walk the spring calf shed, and (August–October) bottle-feed a calf. We answer every question, including the awkward ones — that is rather the point. Closed-toe shoes required; we provide overboots.
