Grass-fed lamb box — half lamb, butchered & frozen

Half a Swaledale-cross lamb from our own hill flock, slow-grown on herb-rich pasture. Butchered, labelled and blast-frozen: two legs (whole or halved), shoulder, chops, rack, mince and shanks — roughly 9–10kg of eating. Collection from the farm or delivery within 25 miles. These go quickly and the freezer is nearly empty — next batch after the autumn draft.
